Over the past twenty years, I have owned and operated more than a dozen businesses across multiple cities while advising hundreds of business owners on improving performance, solving operational challenges, and building stronger organizations. In 2009, one of my companies was recognized by Profit Magazine as the 69th Fastest-Growing Company in Canada. That experience has given me firsthand insight into the opportunities and challenges business owners face at every stage of growth.
My consulting approach is built on practical business experience rather than theory. I work with business owners and leadership teams to evaluate every critical area of their organization, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies that strengthen management systems, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainable growth.
